What are the terms and conditions of the referral program?

You may only refer people who are new to Source Collections.

The referred person must have a different name, email address, billing information (including but not limited to address, phone number and payment method) from you.

We will review all information of the referrals at any time and refund any orders that have been placed through incorrect method or violate the terms and conditions

Source Collections reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.

How does it take to receive the referral discount coupon?

It will take around 3-5 days after your friend’s successful purchase for us to send you the discount code. Each successful referral will be personally reviewed by us for any unusual transactions.

How does the referral program work?

Upon signing up for an account with us, you will be able to start referring us to your friends using your own unique referral link that can be found on your Account Page.

When your friend signs up for an account using the link provided, they will be awarded with a discount coupon worth SGD 5.00 which can be used on their first time purchase.

Once your friend has made a successful purchase, we will review the transaction and send you a discount coupon of SGD 5.00 that can be used on your next purchase.

When will I get my refund?

Refund will be made to your original mode of payment.

Once we receive your return, please allow us 2 - 3 business days for your return to be processed, and then 5 – 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on its way

How can I make a return?

Simply follow the steps to make a return.

Download and fill in the Return Form.
Pack all the item(s) which you would like to return, together with the Return Form.
Send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to:

We strongly advice to have your return parcel to be sent back to us via a traceable delivery method, in order to be able to keep track of its status.

We will not be responsible for any lost items sent back using non-traceable mode of delivery.

What if I need to exchange for a different size or colour?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or colour, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

Are the items still available for return after the 30-day policy?

We offer an additional 7 calendar days outside of the 30-day return policy, to be refunded as online credit only.

Item(s) received that are more than 37 calendar days from the day you receive your order, are ineligible for return.

What is your return policy?

All item(s) may be returned and must reach us within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with its tags intact, in the original SOURCE COLLECTIONS delivery bag/box.

Any items that are returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send them back to you.

If you need to change anything about your order, please contact us at customercare@sourcecollections.com with your order no. and what you would like to change as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make the updates before your order is out for delivery.

However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

How fast will my orders be processed?

Upon receiving your order, a pre-authorization check will be performed on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.

Once the pre-authorization check has completed, the order will be processed within the same day, or next business day. Orders that are placed over the weekend/public holidays will be processed on the next following business day.
