What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
For domestic shipping, we offer door to door courier shipping via our courier partner.
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched for shipment, it will take approximately - 1 to 3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
NOTE: If you require expedited shipping, please write to us at email@example.com. Do take note that additional fees may apply.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Domestic courier shipping (1-3 business days) costs S$ 5.00 per order.
For orders within Singapore, we offer free standard courier shipping for purchases above S$ 80.00 in a single order.
However, please note that if you return an item(s) and the final order value falls below S$80.00, the original shipping fee of S$5.00 will be charged and deducted from the amount that is to be refunded.
When will I receive the tracking number?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email notification with tracking details.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We can't ship to P.O. boxes as yet. If you have entered a P.O. box as your delivery address, we will reach out and contact you for an alternative address.
What is the status of my order?
You may track the status of your parcel at our courier partner's website link as provided below, using the tracking details which we have emailed you.

Will I be charged for re-delivery attempts?
One free re-delivery attempt will be made at your chosen time slot. Upon the failed re-delivery attempt, you will be contacted and additional shipping charges may apply.
