How fast will my order be processed?

Upon receiving your order, a pre-authorization check will be performed on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.

Once the pre-authorization check has completed, the order will be processed within the same day, or next business day. Orders that are placed over the weekend/public holidays will be processed on the next following business day. 

Can I amend/cancel my order after confirmation?

If you need to change anything about your order, please contact us at customercare@sourcecollections.com with your order number and what you would like to change as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make the updates before your order is out for delivery. 

What If I receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item?

If you have received a damage, defective or incorrect item, contact us at customercare@sourcecollections.com with a photo of the damaged, or wrong item you received with your order number and we'll take care of it! 

I am unable to complete my purchase online. What do I do?
